Welcome to Love a Little Pet Services! We are a newly founded, small-business hoping to be a great resource for our local community. I am passionate about providing experienced and compassionate pet care for any who need it. Love a Little Pet Services is independently insured and Fear Free Certified, so you can have a stress-free vacation knowing that your pet is in safe hands. We are based in Hollis Center, Maine, but will travel up to 40 minutes to provide pet services.

Different ways we can hang with your pets

House Sitting

Boarding facilities and daycares can not only be stressful to your pets, but can also expose them to various transmittable diseases and other icky things! Letting them stay in their own home while their parents are away allows them access to all the normal creature comforts they're used to. Not only that, but some boarding facilities don't even have overnight staff, so hiring a housesitter ensures that they get all the cuddles they want at night.

Dog Walking

With everything slowly going back to normal, you may be expected to go back into the office for work again. Say it ain't so! How are we supposed to justify to our dog that we have to be gone for 8+ hours a day so we can afford to buy them all the treats and toys they want?! Work? Boring! Let us interrupt your dog's boredom and give them a little extra exercise with a nice dog walk.

Drop-Ins

We don't just cater to dogs, we can also check in on your more independent critters who just need occasional check-ins while you're on vacation. Need us to scoop a litterbox and fill an autofeeder for your cats? Can-do! Need us to chuck some crickets and berries into your skinks and bearded dragons? We can do that too!

Farm Chores

Something that sets us apart from other pet services is that we can also watch your farms and homesteads! I am no stranger to farmed animals of all sizes ranging from chickens to goats to donkeys. Maybe you just need an extra hand mucking a big barn or unloading some hay bales, we can help you out.

Our goal is to help the community as much as we can, and while our expertise is in animal care, we are open to taking on other miscellaneous layman's tasks that you may just need some extra help with. Scheduling

I do this work full-time so that I can have as much open availability as possible for my clients. I can do multiple walks every day, but obviously for house sitting I can only stay overnight at one house at a time. If you're in need of house sitting, please reach out with dates as soon as you can so that we can reserve those nights for you. Otherwise, I ask for 24 hour notice for all of our other services and hopefully we can make it work!
